I Fail to install pymysqlclient for python3.10.11 (via pip3) in cnetOS 7.9 x64

I try to deploy my Django5.0.2 project on my centOS cloud server.But I failed during migrate venv with require.txt below

asgiref==3.7.2
Django==5.0.2
mysqlclient==2.2.4
pillow==10.2.0
sqlparse==0.4.4
typing_extensions==4.9.0
tzdata==2023.4

All modules are installed successfully except mysqlclient

HOPE FOR ANY IDEA

I tried many solution searche online, INCLUDING install python3-devel or dev and so on but failed
