How can I run 5 Simultaneous OLS Regressions and output the results to the same table?

I am trying to create a table showing the coefficients and p-values of my 5 separate regressions (with the significance levels) . See image as example: This is what i am trying to achieve:

I ran a series of codes, but I always get 5 separate tables. I am unable to extract the p-values and coefficients.
