How to validate a strict URL

I'm using Parsley to validate my projects for as long as I remember.

When I updgraded to version 2.0.5 from the old 1.2.3 I've lost the Url strict validation. I've looked for a solution for a long time but didn't found one.

Can someone help?

Some validations were removed in Parsley 2.x and Url strict was one of them.

However, you can still download version 1.2.3, navigate through the source code and check what was the regular expression used to validate a strict url. With that regular expression, you can create a custom validator in v2.x.

Having done that, you should end up with the following code:
