What is going wrong that I'm seeing this script error in the auto-editor program I'm running?

I'm currently using this auto-editor for video production:

https://github.com/WyattBlue/auto-editor

Normally it works beautifully! However, seemingly at random, sometimes I will get this error block:

stderr: Input #0, rawvideo, from 'pipe:':

Error! FFmpeg Error!

I've followed every related troubleshooting guide on the github page, but none of the solutions seem to work.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled python, the auto-editor, and ffmpeg multiple times. I've moved the downloads for each around to be nested, on the same drive, and on different drives. I made sure that everything was properly in the path in my global variables. Normally it's a pretty quick script so I kept expecting that something would work but now I am stuck.
