When I installed the TMS WEB Core extension in Visual Studio Code, it installed a whole bunch of different components:
But I don't see any TMS FNC UI Pack components. I know they are available for WEB:

I downloaded TMS FNC UI Pack for Visual Studio Code, but I don't know how to install it into Visual Studio Code. There isn't a VSIX file, so I can't install via VSIX:
What's the correct procedure for TMS FNC UI? And is it the same on all platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux)?
