Regarding Sony’s Lifelog API close down

As, Sony’s Lifelog API was closed down at the end of May 2017. Does there exist any alternative for a developer, meanwhile?

You should actually be able to use the Google Fit API to pull fitness data for your needs. You can even use it to pull heart rate data from the SmartBand 2.

Unfortunately there is not a publicly available SDK for accessing the data directly.
