We have a terminal server and recently it started with freezing various applications. The problem related to explorer.exe crash and for some reason it keeps freezing. I can see following errors in event viewer. Any advice would be really appreciated as we have tried various solution last few days without success.
Terminal server environment:
Windows server 2012 R2
Office 365 v16.0.16130.20218
Avast Antivirus (File shield and Remote access protection)
Errors on Application log: Event ID 1002 (Application hang)
